What are Qualified Investor Funds?
It is a monetary investment instrument into which the investor deposits money, usually tied to a predetermined period of time. Unlike an ordinary mutual fund, not everyone can invest in a qualified investor fund. A qualified investor must meet several conditions, including making a statement that he is aware of the risks associated with investing in this fund of qualified investors and whose paid-up deposit or paid-up investment in this fund corresponds to the amount of at least 125,000 EUR. Real estate funds are most often represented among the funds of qualified investors.
ALLIANCE VENTURE manages the funds described in the table below. These funds are registered with Czech National Bank and undergo a law prescribed administrative and reporting obligations. Besides that each managed fund has a defined strategy and a separate investment officer assigned to focus on the performance.
The company operates in accordance with the law 240/2013 on investment companies and investment funds of the Czech Republic (EU).
